When you have:

Your account has reached the media data disk space limit and no more data files (recorded calls, photos, videos) can be uploaded by the device!


We suggest you download your data from the panel account and save it locally on your computer before deleting anything. So you have a backup of that files. Then you will need to delete some media files to free up some space. The storage limit might take a few hours to update automatically, but you can refresh it manually by pressing the refresh icon at the accounts settings page.
